Dr John Alban Andrews MC. FRCS. Ruth was a surgeon (MRCS) and lived at 100 Outram Road, Croydon. Ruth was his second wife.
Ruth died in the Middlesex Hospital after a short illness and was cremated at Beckenham Crematorium.
