Notes for Maria Vanessa Townsend
Married 30 March 1968. Peter Burch (1) of Chaddesden, Derby.
Vanessa, as she was known, lived in Donnybrook, Dublin before moving to London, where she attended the Royal Ballet School (White Lodge) in Richmond Park. Following this she trained as a Ballet Teacher at The Royal Academy of Dancing. Following her marriage, and living in Derby, she worked as a ballet teacher and ballet examiner before retiring and moving to Nerja, Spain. Her career took her all over the world.

Sarah Petra Burch was born on 30 Oct 1969 in Derby. Following her divorce she moved to Hampshire. She has two sons - Christian Joseph Peter Reitano was born on 10 September 1999 and Adam Stefan Reitano was born on 3 September 2001.
Tessa Mary Burch was born on 8 Jul 1971. She married Christopher Summers , lives in Derby and has two daughters - Charlotte who was born on 21 October 2007 and Isobel who was born on 20 February 2010.
Simon Peter Burch was born on 29 Jun 1972. He married Johanna Hillier, lives in Derby and has two sons - Thomas who was born on 23 June 2006 and Daniel who was born on 27 March 2008.
(1) Peter was born on 26 June 1940. A retired metallurgist, in 2014 he was living in Spain.
