Catherine has an Honours Degree in Art & Design from Limerick College of Art and Design. She specialized in Ceramic Design and is a designer at the Belleek Pottery, Co Fermanagh.
Of the children: Emma Maureen Freeburn was born on 27 July 2010 and Finn John Vincent Freeburn was born on 15 September 2014.
(1) Liam was born on 9 October 1978 and has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Sunderland in 2009. He is a market developer for Coco-Cola.
