Notes for Elizabeth Townsend
Married at St Stephen's Church, Dublin, on 10 September 1868. Rev George Samuel Greer (1), Vicar of Kilmacoole, Co Cork and son of John Greer of Portaferry, Co Down, who is shown on the marriage certificate as an Officer in the 11th Regiment.
The marriage certificate shows Jane living at 54 Leeson Street, Dublin, the home of her brother Reverend Richard Townsend [337].
