2.1 release

I'm pleased to announce the release of version 2.1 of GYRE.

New features in this release include:

Support for multiple &num namelists in input files
Support for FAMDL-format stellar models
New tag system for controlling parameter selection
New numerical parameters: variables_type
New grid operation: 'CREATE_FROM_FILE'
Discriminant output is replaced by a convergence measure chi

The variables_type grid parameter is especially useful, as it allows the Christensen-Dalsgaard (ADIPLS) variables and equations to be used instead of the usual Dziembowski ones --- allowing a more-direct comparison between ADIPLS and GYRE.
