Getting ready for the GYRE 6.0 release...
Posted: Mon Nov 23, 2020 11:38 pm
Hi folks --
I've been relatively silent over the past couple of years, but nevertheless quite busy. I'm planning to push out the next major release of GYRE at the end of the month, and I'd like to hear any last-minute bug reports or showstoppers before I do so.
GYRE now lives on github, and (assuming you have 'git' installed) you can grab the pre-release development version via the command
git clone https://github.com/rhdtownsend/gyre.git
The new feature in GYRE that I'm most proud of is the comprehensive documentation -- check it out at
https://gyre.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
Do let me know if you spot any typos!
cheers,
Rich
