segfaults with make test with gyre-5.2

Hi Rich, I installed GYRE 5.2 but when I run make test I get the following errors:

Hi Jesus,

Is there a reason you're using such an old version of the SDK? I've just tried to build GYRE 5.2 with MESA SDK version 20160129 (I'm on Linux) and also get segfaults in the tests, whereas I know it works perfectly with the current SDK. Try upgrading to the current version (20190503).

Hi Warrick, that's simply the SDK version I installed when I installed MESA 9793 and haven't updated it since I don't know if installing the current SDK version would affect MESA.

Also an update: I have installed GYRE 5.1 and run make test and the example given and it works fine.

Hi Jesus --

I agree with Warrick's comments -- you should upgrade your SDK. The new SDK will still work OK with MESA, although you may need to edit $MESA_DIR/utils/makefile_header a bit.
