We have collectively agreed to this request consistent with the

http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~mab/research/sparsepak/shared_use_memo,
dated 30 Nov 2001.

This agreement is independent of any TAC process or approval of
telescope allocation for the above project, and is specifically and
only for the time period listed above.
