EXAM RULES

Astro 103: The Evolving Universe: Stars, Galaxies, Cosmology

Rules:

• Make sure that the people sitting closest to you DO NOT have the same test form
• Use a pencil (#2 lead is preferable)
• Fill in the following on your test answer form:

        the X5 "matriculator"

  • Name (Print and fill in bubbles)
  • Student ID Number (Print and fill in bubbles)
  • Test Form (A, B, C, or D), under "Special Codes" (just mark or print the appropriate letter)

When you are done:

• Hand in your test sheets AND tests to the instructor
• Answer keys and scores will also be posted on the web (here).

ONCE YOU LEAVE THE ROOM YOU MAY NOT RE-ENTER
